Be Inspired! Ezra Pound

Rebecca Beasley talks about Ezra Pound and his involvement with the Blast magazine. She shares with us a poem by Pound, Et faim sallir le loup des boys and discusses how it is written and how it can be interpreted. She points to influences and contexts that help us see the poem as part of a bigger picture and get a greater understanding of Ezra Pound and the environment in which he worked.

At the Be Inspired! event on December 14, 2011, a group of Oxford academics presented a series of short inspirational talks around various writers that inspire. The talks were all recorded and will be published as podcasts as part of the Great Writers Inspire project.
