Can our posts not keep pace with your voracious appetites to know more about your favourite authors?

Never fear: Check out the University of Adelaide’s eBooks@Adelaide. In addition to free Creative Commons ebooks online (and links to free ebooks from other sources for many works Adelaide doesn’t have), the author pages on their site include brief bibliographies of many great writers.

Many of these bibliographies are sourced from a handy text that is free under Creative Commons through Adelaide: A Short Biographical Dictionary of  English Literature by John W. Cousin.

Go explore! And if you stumble on a great writer about whom you’d like to know more, let us know and we’ll see what we can do…
